CoolDrive adds Saber Offroad to its 4×4 lineup
CoolDrive Auto Parts has completed the acquisition of Saber Offroad, the Australian four-wheel drive and adventure vehicle accessories company known for its vehicle recovery gear.
Saber Offroad, like CoolDrive, is Australian owned. The company builds recovery solutions across all vehicle types and sits on the committee of the Australian 4WD Industry Council.
Under CoolDrive’s ownership, Saber Offroad will continue operating under its existing safety and quality focus.
“Bringing this business into the CoolDrive family gives us the opportunity to invest in its growth, support it with our national distribution network, and ensure our customers have easy access to the full Saber Offroad range,” said Gerard Belleville, Chief Executive Officer at CoolDrive Auto Parts.
Saber Offroad founder Ben Bartlett said the acquisition gave the brand more capacity to grow. “CoolDrive gives us the platform to take that message and our products further than ever before.”
CoolDrive customers will have access to the full Saber Offroad catalogue through their distribution network. The brand remains available directly through Saber Offroad, Adventure Industries and 4WD retailers.
The acquisition adds to CoolDrive’s existing 4×4 portfolio, which includes its own CalOffroad suspension brand alongside Bilstein, Fox, Ignite, HULK 4X4, Jaylec, Bremtec Brakes, Aunger, Jayrad and AFI.
