Kelpro has expanded into shocks and struts, adding the category to a suite that already covers front end, steering, brake and clutch hydraulics, engine mounts, rubber bushes and seals. For workshops already running Kelpro parts, it means one more corner of the vehicle covered under a single supplier.

The range has been built for comprehensive application coverage across most makes, models and years, aimed at matching or exceeding OEM specification for fit and performance.

Under the bonnet, the engineering leans on a handful of features doing the heavy lifting. Anti foaming oil is designed to stop foam and cavitation from degrading damping performance over time, while nitrogen gas charging stabilises pressure and helps maintain consistent damping in tougher driving conditions. A dual stack deflective disc design is intended to balance damping and cut harshness across everything from city streets to rough terrain off the road, and the 5140 chrome piston rod is plated to resist corrosion and reduce wear over the life of the part. A reinforced seal with multiple lips rounds out the build, keeping gas in and contaminants out to extend service intervals.

Each strut ships with a dust cover, protection kit and bump stop already fitted, cutting down on fitting time and reducing the parts count a technician needs to source separately.

Kelpro backs the range with a warranty of three years and 100,000km, available through Repco and NAPA stores.
