AAPEX heads to Las Vegas in November

Australian workshop owners and aftermarket businesses planning a trip to the US have just over a month to lock in AAPEX 2026, running from 3 to 5 November at the Venetian Expo and the new AAPEX Forum in Las Vegas.

The Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo is a trade-only event co-produced by the Auto Care Association and MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers. It brings together suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and independent repair shops, with attendees travelling from more than 120 countries.

This year’s theme is “where the industry gets real”, reflecting the show’s focus on getting business done.

What’s on the floor

Organisers expect more than 2,500 exhibitors across 5,500 booths, with around 51,000 square metres of exhibit space covering more than 1,400 product categories.

For workshop operators, the training program is the drawcard. Hands-on sessions in Joe’s Garage and surrounding conference rooms will cover shop management, workforce development, diagnostics, ADAS and EV service. Redesigned mini stages will host debates, demonstrations and free sessions.

New for 2026 is iFlex at AAPEX, a dedicated section for quick lube operators run with the Preventive Automotive Maintenance Association (PAMA).

“The iFlex at AAPEX exhibit area reflects how our industry continues to evolve to meet changing vehicle technologies and a growing need for preventative maintenance,” said MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers Vice President of Events Liz Goad.

The new AAPEX Forum will host the opening reception and general sessions. Student programs also return, along with the second annual student competition for aspiring technicians.

Registration and costs

Registration is US$100, with earlier discount rates having closed. Training sessions cost US$150 each, or discounts for multiple sessions booked. Qualified vocational students can register for a complimentary pass.
